Step 1. Identification

To obtain a digital signature key, you need to know your TIN or PINI. You can find out your TIN/PINI through "Electronic Tax Services". Additionally, the PINI consists of fourteen decimal digits located at the bottom of the biometric passport.

What is TIN/PINI

  • TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number) is a unique number assigned to each taxpayer, whether an individual or a legal entity. This number is used to identify taxpayers in tax authorities and simplify the process of accounting for tax obligations.
  • PINI (Personal Identification Number of an Individual) is a unique number assigned to each individual for identification in various state, tax, and financial systems. This number can be used for registration with tax authorities, when opening bank accounts, receiving government services, and so on.

Enter your TIN/PINI and phone number and click the Next button

Next, a window will appear in which you need to confirm your phone number. You will receive an SMS with a code to the specified number, which you will need to enter to confirm. Then click the Submit button
