All fields marked with the symbol * are mandatory.

Please fill in the data carefully, as it should match your identifying documents. This will speed up the processing of your application and save your time on reapplying.

For Uzbek citizens, the form is filled out automatically. Included fields: TIN/PFLIN, phone number, first name, last name, middle name, passport data, address, and purposes for using the key.

Identification Method

Upload a document that confirms your identity.

Possible identification methods: passport, driver's license, ID card. The difference between them is in the uploaded files.

File requirements:

  • High-quality photo in JPEG (.jpg), PNG (.png), or PDF (.pdf) format.
  • Image of the entire document without cropping and distortions, not rotated.
  • No shadows, glare, or other distortions.
  • Clear and contrasting image for easy recognition of text and details.
  • Do not use photo filters or effects that distort the image.
  • File size no more than 2MB.

Video Verification

To verify your identity, you need to complete a video verification. Click the Face Identifier button, then click Start. During the video, tasks will appear that you need to complete. You have a maximum of 1 minute to complete all tasks.

Video requirements:

  • Only your face should be visible in the video.
  • Follow the tasks displayed below the video during the recording.
  • You must complete all tasks within one minute.
