EDS Key Generation for Legal Entities
This guide explains how organizations can generate an Electronic Digital Signature (EDS) key.
Step 1: Access the Section
- Log in to your personal cabinet.
- Open the Create EDS Key for Legal Entities section.
Step 2: Enter Organization Information
- Fill in the Organization Name.
- Enter the TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number).
- Upload documents confirming your role as the organization’s director.
Step 3: Submit the Application
- Click Submit application.
- After submission, a window will display your application number.
- Copy and save this number to track your request later.
Step 4: Wait for Review
- Once the operator reviews your request, you’ll receive an SMS notification.
- Go to the Applications page and enter your application number:
- If rejected, the reason will be displayed.
- If approved, you’ll continue to key generation.
Step 5: Generate and Download the Key
- Enter and confirm your EDS key password.
- Choose whether to save the key in the browser.
- After generation, download your EDS certificate and key file.
- If you didn’t choose to save it in the browser, download and store it securely.
Tips
- Keep your application number safe.
- Do not share your EDS password.
- Make sure all uploaded documents are clear and valid.
- If your key is not saved in the browser, store the downloaded files securely.
